HOW THE PROCESS WORKS

1. Complete the Intake Form

Once you reach out, I’ll send you a brief Google Form. This form collects essential details like birth date, accurate birth time, and birth location. It also invites you to share any top questions or topics you’d like to focus on.

2. Preparation & Chart Study

Before our session, I spend 3+ hours examining your natal chart. This includes mapping out core planetary aspects, identifying recurring themes, and noting any major transits. If you’re unsure about your exact birth time, I can help approximate it, though the more precise it is, the more accurate the reading.

3. Schedule Your Session

We’ll find a convenient time to meet—either in person (if you’re local) or online via Zoom. We’ll set aside about 90 minutes for a thorough exploration of your chart (and often end up going closer to two hours).

4. Session Flow

• Chart Orientation: If you’re new to astrology, I’ll start by teaching you how to read your chart—explaining the symbols and layout.

• Chart Delineation: We’ll interpret your chart together, focusing on your personal story, challenges, strengths, and important life patterns.

• Discussion & Guidance: This is an interactive conversation. We’ll connect the chart’s symbolism to the questions you’ve shared, bringing in elements of dream work or depth psychology to deepen your understanding.

• Next Steps: If you’d like ongoing support, we can talk about follow-up sessions or annual check-ins for solar returns or specific life transitions.

  • Having your exact birth time is highly recommended. Even a 15-minute difference can change the chart significantly. If you don’t know it, we can work together to approximate by discussing key life events, but precise timing will yield the most accurate reading.

  • My astrology work is detailed and personalized, so it’s best done one-on-one. If you’re interested in a group experience, I can sometimes offer tarot or general dream work in a group setting, but natal chart readings require individual focus and preparation.

  • Absolutely. We can connect via Zoom or phone. I’ll email you the digital chart, and we can explore it together just as if we were in the same room.

  • It varies! Some clients come once to explore their natal chart. Others return yearly for a Solar Return reading, or whenever they sense big life changes on the horizon. If you find it helpful, you’re welcome to schedule regular check-ins.

  • I view astrology as a tool for self-awareness and personal growth rather than strict fate or fortune telling. While planetary transits can show potential themes or timing, free will remains central to your life journey.

  • Dreams can offer additional insight into your subconscious life. If you choose, we can integrate dream analysis into your session—looking at archetypal patterns that might echo or illuminate themes in your chart.
